How I Rebalanced my Body to Cure Acne Fast with Natural Remedies

A few changes have made it possible to naturally heal many of my remedies, including severe acne. I want to help you do the same!

Just two years ago, I was so ashamed, I wouldn’t even go swimming in public.

Acne is not uncommon for young adults – but for me, it was hell. My entire back was covered by it, an ugly, disgusting mess of inflamed pimples and scars. I wouldn’t even take my shirt off in public, hence, no swimming in summer. For years.

Of course, it wasn’t only my back, my face wasn’t that pretty either. And not only did it look

Why am I telling you this?

Because my back is almost completely acne-free now. I only have the occasional pimple on my face. I also have way fewer stomach cramps, I sleep better, my hair looks a lot better, and I’m overall so much happier.

I’d love to say it was as simple as taking one medicine. Or that “one simple trick” cured me.

But it’s not.

What made the biggest difference for me was listening to my body, adjusting my lifestyle and eating habits. I’ve seen more major changes from this than from any of thedozens of medications I’ve tried (prescribed ones!). I’ll explain the details in a bit – all the important stuff.

I’ve seen once again just how powerful our body can be – if we work together, instead of throwing in pills and whatnot like there’s no tomorrow. Because guess what, there is a tomorrow. Many, many years ahead of us. 

Working with your body instead of against it isn’t only going to pay off now, but for the rest of your life. 

If you are suffering from any chronical problems, you need to stop and ask yourself this:

Do you think your body is capable of healing itself?

I believe it totally is. If you read any kind of books about old, far-east practices for both mind and body, you’ll be amazed by the wonders our bodies and minds can do.

After making a few such changes, I’ve completely changed. It’s not even as hard as I thought it would be. It feels right.

But I don’t want to sound like I’m preaching some miracle snakeoil or something. I just feel like so many people are suffering, like I was, and are lost, like I was.

Years of doctor’s appointments couldn’t help me.

“Advice” from friends and family couldn’t help me.

The only thing that DID help me was my own body. You just have to listen to it, and support it.

I’m not saying you should stop going to doctors. Please don’t, they can be great. And no amount of self-love will fix fractured bones after a major accident.

But skin problems, hair problems, digestion problems, and so much more – those are your body’s way of telling you that something is wrong!

And I hate how so many people around me just throw in some pills and think that will solve it.

No, dammit! It won’t!

If you want to try teaming up with your body to cure your problems naturally, this is what I would recommend:


Listen to your body, figure out what’s wrong. Are you constantly tired? Stressed? Hungry? Nauseous? 

Don’t worry about the solution yet, but be aware what’s happening. 

Most such problems can come from imbalances in your body. For me, it was mostly bad eating habits that I wasn’t even aware of. And I wasn’t even eating junk food! It was regular, healthy food – or so I thought.

If you think that you aren’t eating incredibly well, that your body might not be happy with some of the things on your diet –you gotta fix it!

You won’t have to completely change your diet and hate what you eat. I actually eat great food that I love, and still eat the occasional pizza! You won’t have to give up everything, just make a few changes that are just what your body needs.

It’s not what we learned in school, not what our parents taught us.

But I hope, in a few generations, people will be a lot more aware of how powerful our own body really is if you just treat it right.

I struggled with putting it all together for a long time, but as soon as I did, the results were immediate.

Don’t be like me. Don’t try to put it together all yourself. Smarter people have already done that over 3,000 years ago. 

Let them guide you.
